CHACHU Member Consent Form

By selecting this option, I acknowledge and agree to the following commitments:

• Attendance: I will attend all Quarterly General Meetings unless I submit a valid excuse in advance.
• Financial Contribution: I will pay the minimum annual contribution as set by the Active Members (to be determined separately). Payment may be made in full or in installments as agreed.
• Participation: I will contribute actively to Chachu projects and initiatives regardless of personal preference toward specific tasks. I understand that majority decisions are binding for all Active Members.
• Consequences: I understand that failure to meet these obligations may result in monetary fines, suspension of membership privileges, or potential termination of Active Membership.

By selecting this option, I acknowledge the following:

• No Participation Required: I am no longer required to attend meetings or make financial contributions.
• Privileges: I may receive advance information about Chachu projects at the discretion of Active Members.
• Re-entry: If I wish to become an Active Member again, I must submit a written application subject to approval by the current Active Members. Re-entry is not guaranteed.
• Good Standing: My resignation does not reflect negatively on my past contributions to Chachu.
